Guys please don’t reserve this property, Manger Mr. kumar is such a horrible personality. If you reserve this property through online he will never accept. He needs to get a confirmation through phone call and pay him 100% advance. I traveled with my family, when I reached property by 8pm he told he didn’t receive any call so he took some other booking and now no rooms are available. I tried contacting booking.com customer service twice, when they call him he is giving fake information that rooms are ready and they haven’t reached property.

Not recommended to travel with family. Arrogant personality’s there are more good hotels in Kannur.

Stayed here for x4 nights over the Christmas period. A bit outside our usual price - we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. Close walking distance to beach, and equally to main town (shops/restaurants) in the other direction. Easy to bus or tuk tuk to other beaches nearby for day trips if you want to explore other parts around town. Coffee and tea station was a bit of a treat, and the host gave us bananas and bowls so we could easily do our own breakfast. Overall - nice rooms, air-con, convenient location, and friendly/helpful host. Internet also works great on the bottom floor.

Nothing to be fair. Internet/wifi would be nice if it worked a bit better in the rooms…but it gave us a good excuse to use it sparingly as needed so we could just enjoy our trip! Works really well downstairs. Prices maybe slightly higher than we normally go for - but again - it was Christmas time and met our expectations.

The rooms were not cleaned. Previous guests were still there. Specified time not maintained. The owner was more behaving like a school principle.
