Clean, rustic and spacious rooms with basic amenities, nice garden terrace and friendly staff. Family-friendly atmosphere. The land lord Mr Lorenzo was very accommodating and friendly.

The place, like most quarters in Antananarivo, is prone to blackouts and sudden power outages affecting water pressure/hot water availability. The room had no heater, which can be challenging during winter nights. But overall, all was good.

We were not aware that there would be no electricity at night, that we would need to schedule hot water and also water pressure. If you stay past noon, there would be another nights charge. Breakfast was expensive. Water bottles we expensive...there were mosquitoes in our room that needed fumigation. Bed was small for 2 people, it was a double with old mattress.
