lift/ elevator is needed. it is very difficult to climb stairs for a room on 3rd or 4th floor
SGWe got the scrambled eggs with toast, and Vietnamese noodles for breakfast. They were both decent for a hotel breakfast. Location was great and it was not difficult to find. The room too was clean and very value for money given the price of the stay. We stayed for one night and left for Luang Prabang the next day.
We found the staff slightly less helpful than we would have liked. We tried asking them about taking the local bus to the train station and had difficulties communicating through English.

VNIt is very close to local restuarants, night market, and international restaurants. The room is simple, yet very clean, Helpful and accommodating staffs and very responsive.
I was surprised that they didn’t have elevator considering I was in the 4th floor. Anyway I didn’t manage to go up and down all the time, but it’s quite difficult to carry my luggage down by myself to the lobby. Hoping they have more breakfast options to choose from. l
