There are 3 flights of stairs and no lift - quite difficult with all our luggage!
HKThe room was really large and spacious and therefore good value - it could fit a family, so oodles of space for just two of us and very clean. The concierge was so nice, friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed chatting to him. He also booked an airport taxi for us.
The location was a little bit off the beaten track but there is a fabulous Vietnamese restaurant just down the road.

NLIt’s relatively modern and the bed was really comfortable! Western levels of comfort and a nice sturdy pillow too, also really long I think it was 2 meters. Good value for money since the cost of a night in a private room is fair.
It’s not that they can help it but if you are on a high floor be ready to climb some steep stairs a few times a day if you go in and out. Also, communication was difficult sometimes with some of the staff. There was apparently an mis communication with a ticket booking to Vieng Vang since it was supposed to be a minivan but we ended up in a huge bus. This was not made clear and was annoying since they booked it and we had no other choice then to jump on when we got there. Also, WiFi is too slow or unreliable to have a proper video call on.

Stairs are quite steep, but fine if you take your time. Fine with our backpacks but probably more difficult with suitcases. But the staff did offer to help carry them, which is good.
