Samsun Charme Hotel

We actually booked this hotel by mistake, not realising that it is just 2* hotel. When we arrived, we were really concerned of what it will look like. However, at the end we were delighted with the cleanness, and comfort of the room, regardless of it's small size. Everything in the room is very well thought off and designed to provide smooth and relaxing stay. (We had a corner room). The location is perfect for someone who wants to roam the "charshi" of Samsun and taste many of delights of local cusine. We strongly recommend this hotel for short visits to Samsun.

The location highly restricts the parking options. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking. They offer "contracted" parking, which is really not convenient, especially if you have larger car. Therefore we opted to use public underground parking, about 150 m away from the hotel. It is possible to park there for less then 5 EUR per 24 hours.

Good location. Everything is close to the hotel, small shops, cafes, pharmacies, tram and bus stops are within walking distance. to the hotel. Cleanliness is well maintained.The staff is nice and willing to help you with everything. The hotel's interior space is small but design is pleasant and beautiful. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a good view. The type of breakfast is standard, not varied but the quantity is quite satisfactory. There is a fairly high and long staircase from the hotel entrance door to the reception area, which should be taken into account by those who have health or walking problems.

It would be nice to have more wall hangers in the bathroom for clothes, towels, and other items.

Good location and hotel design. Nice room with fridge and TV. Breakfast included. Welcoming staff and daily room service.

Sound isolation is not great. And stairs from street to hotel lobby are a bit steep – not an issue for me, but consider this if it might be difficult for you. Once you get to the lobby there’s an elevator to all floors.
