Everything was modern and clean. Location is perfect if you are wedding guest at Bianca Event Center since it is only few minutes from there.

It was cold night when we stayed, so we would use some additional blanket.

The place is in a complex of new buildings. There are supermarkets and a shopping center within a minute walk from the main entrance. Even if you need to get there without clothes or anything else, you will be able to get all of your necessities there, so it’s perfect for travelers. There is enough space for a couple and a possible pet, or a kid if they are grown enough to sleep alone in the living room. Modern and minimalistic.

It is modern and minimalistic, but perhaps too minimalistic. There is enough stuff in the kitchen for the absolute basic, so adding a plate for the oven to bake, a few more spoons (small), cups for noodles or oats and a few other bits and pieces would make an excellent kitchen. There are new doors and windows, but you will still need earplugs if you are anything but a heavy sleeper. Even doors are form over function. For example, when you close the door you will hear everything on the other side, even see the light from the bulb. But all that aside as it was not a deal breaker, the main issue is the smell from poorly made ventilation. You will stink on onions and everything in the living room will stink as well. No matter how much you open windows, the stench is there. I guess it can be simply fixed, but for some reason, it’s not, yet.

Apartment doesn’t have heating even though the night temperature outside was bellow 10 degrees C. The apartment was freezing cold and we were staying with a small child. The hosts didn’t care. There also wasn’t hot water in the bathroom!!!! What the hell is that?!?! The apartment smelled like fried onions, we couldn’t breathe the whole night (probably from the kitchen ventilation system that is badly connected through the building. When we booked the place we didn’t receive any message from the hosts, instructions, precise location, and on the booking there is no actual address so we had to call to check if they had the reservation. Then call to check where to go… it was so much stupid work and complete lack of professionalism or care from the hosts. The apartment is so empty - there is literally nothing in it - barely an extra blanket. There is no bag of tea or any coffee, or anything in the bathroom (I was surprised they even gave us soap). Feels cold, unpleasant, uncomfortable and we would never ever stay at this place again.

Brand new apartment in a new building, fully equiped and confortable. New part of town. Shopping mall nearby. Walking distance from the centre of town. Owner very polite and cooperative. Very good experience. Definetely recomendable.
