La ubicación
La complejidad para acceder al apartamento. A pesar de un pdf con instrucciones nada claras, nos fue difícil llegar a la habitación siguiéndolas. No tenían ascensor, se trataba de un montacargas que se estropeó enseguida, teniendo que subir y bajar cuatro pisos a pie, incluso con las maletas. La habitación no estaba muy limpia y nos picaron muchísimos mosquitos porque una ventana altísima estaba abierta. Las perchas del armario inaccesibles, a más de 2 metros.

Nel complesso sufficiente per chi non ha molte pretese. Struttura centrale per chi non deve spostarsi dal centro.
Purtroppo la struttura ha il bagno in comune, quindi non il massimo per l’intimita ed igiene, soprattutto per una donna.

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum. Bequemes Bett. Vermieterin bei Fragen sofort zu erreichen und sehr hilfreich. Alles sehr sauber.
Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es keine Klimaanlage sondern nur einen verschmutzten Ventilator. Das Dachzimmer ist unerträglich aufgeheizt. Jegliches Belüften etc. ist unmöglich. Der Aufenthalt im Zimmer und die Nächte waren eine Qual. Auch das Gemeinschaftsbad war bei Buchung NICHT ersichtlich. Zimmer sind wahnsinnig hellhörig. Es gibt ausschließlich das große Deckenlicht.
