CUATRO PALMAS HOTEL

The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, and I really enjoyed the rooms. Having parking available was a big plus, as it kept my car safe. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like sample shampoo and toothbrushes since I had forgotten mine; those little details made a difference. The extra shampoo bottles and the toothpaste were lifesavers. However, I wish there had been some water available in the reception area, as I felt dehydrated during the night. I also have to mention the complimentary breakfast; while they didn’t have pancakes when I visited, the French toast was delicious! The chef was not only skilled but also very courteous, and I recognized him from another restaurant we dined at. Overall, I loved the hospitality and attention to detail, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Staff was very nice. Breakfast on Saturday was outstanding. Only complaint was the noise from the neighbors dog.

We stayed in room 7 on the 3rd floor, beautiful views from the window in the morning. Out room was clean. This was the first time I've ever had a free breakfast made to order right in my face! I loved it. The top floor has the most amazing relaxing view of the waterfront city. This hotel is a great stay. It's walking distance to food, entanglement, night life is Poppin! And the people are great. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff is amazing , really closed to malecón , breakfast really good, the only need to in prof a little things here and there I will cam back yes YES and Yes

The owners were amazing, very attentive to everything! One night we had got home late, one of the men who owns the place, came out because he heard a noise and was checking in making sure cars were safe, and that everything was well. Very clean place, a/c works perfectly! If you’re in RP, you know the humidity! Amazing service! Will definitely stay here again!!

Great stay. Close to malecon.

The hotel is nice and modern but the area is really noisy and as a light sleeper it is really hard to sleep at night with people talking loudly, yelling and honking on the streets, music playing, dogs barking etc. It is definitely not a good area to relax but more for partying. The owners of the place are friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights and unfortunately the breakfast attendant didn't show up on the first morning and we had to go out and pay for breakfast. They require payment by Zelle. No credit card was accepted.
