Breakfast and very helpul staff

To be honest, the rooms smelt really bad and musty/ damp/ mouldy. I only ate toast for breakfast as I was concerned.

I didn’t like how smelly the rooms were, they smelt like sewerage or mould. Horrible. I was gagging all the time in the room and had to spray perfume. The air conditioner had. Mould. The tv would randomly turn on all throughout the night. The food ordered from the restaurant tasted strange to me. So I only ate toast for breakfast as I was scared of getting sick. The staff did not change the towels or the sheets instead they made the beds with the same sheets and rolled up the used towels. The shower grates are repulsive to look at. The walls have stains if you look closely with a flash camera. The staff did not restock the coffee and tea in the room unless asked. The staff did not clean any of the cups or cutlery in the rooms and when asked they proceeded to wash cups in the bathroom sink with water that is not safe to drink.

Service was reallt great!

The place is in need of maintenance and i didnt feel fully safe there.
