În ansamblu, apartamentul este ok, situat într-o zonă cu blocuri noi și foarte aproape de un mall, cu multe opțiuni bune de luat masa.

Ca minusuri, salteaua patului nu este foarte confortabilă, iar curățenia ar putea fi mai atent făcută; podeaua nu părea curățată recent.De asemenea, în living ar fi utile una sau două măsuțe.

Wonderful stay in Brașov! We spent three amazing days in this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The building is located in a great neighborhood, which was surprisingly very quiet even on New Year’s Eve — something we really appreciated, especially for the comfort of our children. The location is very convenient, with a trolleybus stop right next to the building. Number 31 takes you directly to the heart of Brașov, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was comfortable and welcoming, and everything we needed for a pleasant stay was provided. A huge bonus is the underground parking. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Brașov.

Impresionant apartament, modern si smart, spațios, dotat cu tot ce trebuie, o surpriză plăcută, o plăcere adevărată să stai într-un apartament atât de liniștit și călduros, cu un farmec aparte, într-o locație excelentă, lângă un Mall Magnolia. Magda ,o gazdă prietenoasă și dornică să facă totul pentru un sejur perfect! ❤️

Apartamentul corespunde descrierii. Are o amplasare reușită, la 2 minute este un centru comercial cu tot ce este necesar, gazda a fost receptivă și ne-a sugerat restaurante, atracții turistice.

Salteaua a fost inconfortabila din păcate și la capitolul curățenie e loc de mai bine.
