A hidden gem. Very cozy.

Comfortable bed. Staff were very kind and attentive. Breakfast was lovely. Location is perfect close to shops and a mikute away from VP mall.

Pool was very dirty and we could not use it. Main reason for us booking was that pool area. Given the scrotching heat it really was disappointing finding it in that state. The superior room i booked and selected was not the one we were given Also please can you leave maybe a teaspoon or fork in the rooms.

Love the premises very clean and beautiful the paint of the building is now white which is prettier...The staff the kindest and always willing to help and checking on us,they cleaned for us everyday at no extra charge

The only thing was the tv that stopped working because of network issues and my mom was a little disappointed as she wanted to watch the news

Was very shocked by what I got, to what was advertised on Booking.com. There is a Air Conditioner in the unit - That DOES NOT work. So had to request fans. Scary how the oven is placed in front of the curtains, fire hazard. The toilet seat is to small for the toilet, the shower is missing a door panel, so it a wet mess when you shower. Where the window is supposed to be in the bathroom, a picture is hung, but the plastering is revealed. The bedside lamps and cabling is very scary, it is a birds nest with electrical wires revealed. Dropped something that went under the bed......this place is in serious need of a deep clean.

Clean, quiet and conveniently located. Staff super helpful. Secure.
