HUWe really liked the renovated bathrooms and the code lock to open the door. Also the helpfulness and understanding of the staff even when we had problems.
There was an ongoing renovation concerning the whole outside of the building. That made a lot of noise on weekdays and Saturdays from 8am to around 4 pm and also there were people walking on our balcony with no real way of closing the balcony doors which was worrying but wasn't actually an issue. I am sure it will be a very good looking, pleasant apartment but it needs air conditioning because it was very hot, especially when cooking as the kitchen doesn't even have a ceiling fan.
ROThe living room was very nice, the house was clean, the bathrooms were renovated. We liked the bed and the pillows. The bus was in front of the building and downstairs was a coffee shop with very good coffee and extremely cheap. There is a boiler so use the water carefully, but the water was hot. Great wifi and Netflix on TV.
We did not understand the garbage system. Please create a leaflet with explanations for this. Other than a small noise from that great coffee shop downstairs, everything was nice.
