"It is a real old country hotel. Long narrow corridor. But saying that comfortable."

Wonderful stopover with incredible food! This is our fourth stay here, and without fail, the food is always exquisite. The service is also always very friendly and professional, the rooms are very clean and well stocked / fitted. Always a pleasure :)

"One night was enough"

The breakfast was great. The location was great. The Museum attached to the Hotel was a bonus, as was the walking tour to the old steam pump.

The room was close to dining and reception area, so was very noisy - until late hours. The rooms are authentically old and the facilities are not up to standard. A basin in the main bedroom, whilst there is a whole room dedicated to cupboards? The basin with an electric hair dryer hanging off it - not very safe!
