GBThe location close to the beach (20 minutes walk) is great. Also within half an hour walk of beautiful narrow streets, various restaurants and cafes as well as the estuary area.
The communal kettle etc was good, but my preference is dedicated facilities in the room. Not a deal breaker at all!
