Everything was very good but the rooms are a little tired and could do with an upgrade

I really like this hotel. Its located on the southern edge of benaulim, so in a quiet spot. Its easy to find places nearby to eat out but if you want to go further there are plenty of tuk tuks. The rooms are set around a very beautiful garden. The staff are lovely. The pool is a good size for a relaxed swim. Perhaps more loungers are needed but the beach is nearby. The restaurant is consistently very good. The staff in the restaurant are also very good. The rooms are a good size, bed is comfy, it's equipped with kettle and fridge. I would say they are a bit dated but that's not an issue for me. It feels completely safe, as does Benaulim. We stayed here last year, visited this year and will be returning after travelling around India in a few weeks time. The staff seem settled, not many changes from last year.

There was nothing I didnt like, the rooms are a bit dated and need some tlc but they are still good. This wasn't an issue for us. We much prefer feeling comfortable in a hotel rather than it being immaculate. For that you need 4/4 star .

The grounds of the property had a lot of greenery with a decent pool and a small playground for kids. The staff were polite and helpful.

The actual room itself was dated and not what we expected. Benaulim beach was not a short walk away (when we booked the hotel we thought it was supposed to be a 15 minute walk away).

Good location.

Staff particularly Bill and his Team were very polite and courteous. Any requests I made were fulfilled quickly and without fuss

The hotel restaurant was empty and atmosphereless! Would not recommend the breakfast. Plenty of places in Benaulim to eat breakfast, lunch & dinner. We had drinks from the bar, the guys working there were helpful & friendly. The location is in the middle of the beach and the shops and restaurants.

The restaurant. Poor food, juice, coffee etc compared to what is available in the village.

Clean rooms , low storey, clean pool , reasonable distance to bars & shops, friendly staff

A small fridge would be a useful addition to keep the bottles of water cold

Food is very good. Staff is very cooperative. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained.

Badminton court was not maintained.
