The location of the property

Nice to sit in the bar/dining area in the evening watching cricket on tv (IPL end of March till the end of May) supping a few beers. Very leisurely. Benaulim village - 10 mins walk - various restaurants and bars. Beaches 15 mins walk - plenty of public transport to/from the beach area and also to take you wherever you may want to go. Not expensive. Good pool and pool area, always clean and tidy and in partial shade.

Even though it appeared to cater towards Indian people, other Europeans were present. Subsequently the menu/food on offer was geared towards the locals. But breakfast - any style eggs, toast, jam, honey, fresh fruit, fresh juice, tea and coffee. I was quite happy with that, but other people may find disappointing.

Overall comfortable, bit far from beach, but manageable by walk of 15 mins. Market is near 5 mins walk and good option for food. Breakfast was good, limited option but it was well sufficient and good quality.

I booked room with 3 adult and 1 kid from booking.com. %he charges were paid accordingly, but at reception we were asked to pay extra for 3rd adult. Later after discussion, got completely waiver, good from manegement side to consider the facts. But I want booking.c9m to ensure the give clarity to customer and well as hotel of booking to avoid this condition.

Like the grounds ,had food in restaurant on 1st night there ,itwas lovely ,plentiful, Friendly waiters .

Pool didn’t have many sunbeds ,looked shabby ,needs updating to make it more inviting. Not much around outside .
