When traveling with pets, please note that an additional charge of 250 MXN per pet / per night (Small Breeds, up to 15 Kgs), and 350 MXN per pet / per night (Large Breeds, over 15 Kgs) applies. As part of our community commitment with Yucatan, our Hotel Real Mercedes promotes activities and Experiences Tours, which are available for you, you can ask for them directly to our Reception team and we will gladly provide you with more information. When the reservation is for 2 or more rooms, and for 1 room for more than 2 nighta, a deposit must be made to the Hotel account for 50% of the Total Reservation, the above to guarantee that the reservation is respected. If not the reservation may be canceled at any momentPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
