There’s nothing to like in this property. The property’s pic on the website is far from the actual look. It looks like a haunted property. End up not staying and have to book another hotel.

Everything is disaster. The property itself is not acceptable to stay. The pool which has not been for ages. I swear to God, not lying but you will see eggs and lots of “lumot” from the pool. So imagine how long they didn’t clean that. They accepted our booking, yet the property itself is not ready. The whole property is still being fix.

The staff ☺️ They are great and can make requests possible as long as they can. The room and beds are clean. The aircon is decent and you can request for additional airfan. The wifi! The connection is strong inside and outside!

The pool was small (for us at least because we want a deep long pool especially for exercise)😅 It is decent for a small family stay but not for big groups. We wish there were more bathrooms to use in the main house 😁 as we only had 1 bathroom to share. And you have to use the outside bathrooms if someone is using the shared bathroom indoors. There was unnecessary stuff that was not cleared on the outside making it look messy though 😅 but the pool and house was being maintained and cleaned.

The hotel was not accessible. The road is very dangerous as there was a creek that we need to pass by. The very small bridge didnt have railings thus it was very dangerous bring a car in the area. The hotel personnel never called us if we were arriving or what as most hotels would contact their guests. All in all we did not check in due to the hazards of the place and instead looked for another hotel. Waste of money as we just donated money without being able to enjoy it.

Accessibility. And the danger of falling into a creek because of a very narrow bridge without railings.

staff are great and excellent service

The road to the resort was too narrow and there was no signage of the resort at the entrance of the street and even on the location. They breed peacocks and bird near the pool, the foul odor of the birds' stool is very imminent and can be smelled while swimming. Also, the birds are noisy even at night and very disturbing to the guests.

It is like a vacation house converted into resort. Except that it seemed you will feel like you were roomed in a bodega or neglected part of the house. The staff also needs to improve customer service. There was no assistance given during ingress parking ang egress parking. You enter at your own risk and leave at your own risk. The Wi-Fi password was not provided immediately upon check-in. The beach front and pool were not maintained same with the rooms itself. Low water supply.
