The host responded very quickly all our concerns. Nice apartment, very central located to shopping malls and public transport.

Overall the studio is renovated and has all the appliances you need. That's all for the good part.

The bathroom was a big issue! starting with the fact that it has a lot of mold in the shower cabin which makes you not wanting to even get in. Also, there was water leaking from beneath the shower into the bathroom. This needs to be fixed ASAP! You cannot offer a place with such a bathroom as a rental! Then it was the building, an 80's old building with no proper lighting, plenty of shady and drunk people on the street and to top it all, the main entrance was not locked in any way! So between you and any drunk person on the street was a door with a 4 digit code that they could see if they are stalking you, felt very unsafe. I think this location/building is a poor choice for a rental unit!! Also the fact that it is on the ground floor is another minus. And one extra thing, I understand the whole modern approach on the bed separation from the rest of the room, but leaving 50 cm as the only space to get out of the bed properly is a very bad design!

Nice enough little apartment, but I'm not sure it deserves the 9/10 it had when I booked. It has a reasonable kitchen if you want to cook, and it's just around the corner from a shop.

There's a thermostat that seems to only be for heating, so it's not so good for summer. The shower drain has a blockage in the line, so it slowly fills up and floods the shower tray, which as a result is covered in pink mold. There isn't much space around the toilet, so unless you're quite small, you have the corner of the vanity poking into your leg. Poor bathroom layout is pretty common in the region, but it's still annoying.

Don't spend your money on this! GPS location is not correct. After many conversations with locals, we found the "studio". There is no heating or hot water until the owner comes to turn them on, although we have experience, we are also on gas, but it does not start (apparently he controls it remotely). After a long time on in the cold we went out with the car and while we were gone the owner came in and let it go and wrote to us that he is there but we are not there. very very low level. The bathroom is wet from the moment you walk in, the pipes leak and the tiles are constantly wet. Cheap joinery and a lot of condensation on the windows, cobwebs on the cabinets, lampshades, extremely poor hygiene... On the day of departure, we get up at 9:00 a.m. and again there is no hot water or heating. Your owner has stopped temporarily. We are with a 3 year old child during the whole stay and they are warned.
