It was a beautifully decorated place. Lots of fun looking at how it was decorated. Great location. Spacious.

Coffee maker did not work. Some light fixtures were burned out. Washing machine operation was difficult to understand.

Good location, in the center of the old city of Lucca. Special authentic atmosphere. The apartment is large and well-divided.

The owner wasn't welcoming and was uncooperative. The beds are actually sofas that open up to beds, with thin and very uncomfortable matresses. They were far from what is expected. The apartment was dark, and many of the lights didn't work. The host told us that they were only for decoration and didn't offer any alternative light bulbs The furniture and beds were stained and could use some thorough cleaning.

Comfortable apartment in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay for our whole family of 5. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly.

Needs a few more light bulbs. Some of the lights didn't work. But this is a minor issue.

55 stairs to get to the apartment, too many things in apartment.

Lovely home. Beautiful location. Excellently maintained. Very neat and clean.

Steps were a bit of a buzz kill but it was worth it.

Unfortunately the bath was out of order in the en-suite bathroom.

The apartment was beautiful and much larger than we anticipated. The seating areas were extremely comfortable and the lighting was good . Laura was amazing , we had a delayed flight and she was so kind about our very late check- in . When My sisters flight ( domestic) was cancelled due to a strike , Laura helped us find alternative transportation. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it .

I was sad that the bath was broken as it something I love on a holiday , but it they are working to fix it . The room with the sofa beds is brilliant, but the mattress are thin , the single one is too thin for an adult to sleep comfortably on .
