Mpressive Hideaway!

Great communication from the host, really appreciated the responsiveness and flexibility to our requests. Beds were nice and comfortable and the home had everything we needed

It was located in an excellent location, and we had an amazing stay.

All of the spaces and amenities downstairs was great. (The Kitchen, dining area/ game room and den was excellent.

There were some cleaning issues upstairs in the restrooms, and bedrooms. These areas did not receive the proper attention when it came to cleaning. The walls int eh bathrooms have dust on the walls from the ac vents which mean the ac filter and or ac needs to be cleaned, as well as the vents. Dust from the vents are also on the door frames in the restrooms. I am one who have bad allergies and sinuses and this affected me greatly even taking some meds. The closets were a mess and dirty.

Loved the apartment setup. Location was great. I would like to say besides all the stuff that was wrong it was still a beautiful and nice place.

A/C felt like it wasn't working...at...all. Down stairs bathroom toilet flusher nob needs to be fixed it was hanging out of the toliet tank and could spin all the way around. Towel rack in master bath is falling apart, went to hang my towel and it just fell lol. Second tub also needs a slip mat like master bath, way to slippery without one, more than one person fell while showering. Beds are ROCK HARD. Mattresses on bunk bed are so thin that you can feel the wires through it while laying. Pool table is also uneven so couldn't use it. Spout for water on freezer side of fridge also leaked and would throw ice out of nowhere would have to mop it up so no one would slip and fall. Also arcade system on podium not attached, just a heads up because it fell on my son's foot.
