Really spacious apartment, nicely renovated and clean. Perfect location if you travel by car. there is a free parking nearby. Takes 20 minutes to go to main attraction in Florence by tram.

Kitchen could have a bit more utensils. Would be nice to add some cooking essentials, like cooking oil or cooking spices.

The hosts were wonderful and kind. There were three of us staying here, and this place was very spacious! A short walk from the train station is always a plus! There's also plenty of places to eat within walking distance, including an amazing gelato place right next to a poke place. (which was also good).

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, clean, well-stocked kitchen, great Wifi, comfortable beds, quiet, air conditioned. Perfect location, tram nearby brings you to Firenze in 20 min; safe neighborhood with shops, bakeries and restaurants. Easy to find a parking spot. Hosts are friendly and positive. This apartment checked all the boxes for us and I highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect.

Everything was clean and prepared for the stay. Big kitchen with all equipment. All rooms has air-conditioning so it was very good. Nearly there are shops, pizzeria and the city centre is quite near.

Actually there was no things that we missed or didn't like.

Everything was organized and cleaned, they waited for us in the check in until really late and were so nice

The apartment has big space, clean, good utencil and facilities. Thete is a nice pizza place downstaires provides delicious and many types of pizza.

The communication with owner was a problem, she could not speak English, and she didn't tell me how to connect with the wifi when I checked in.

That was the best rental apartment I have ever been to. Very clean, cozy, modern, and fresh. It has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The tram station is a couple of minutes away, and it is easy to get to the center of Florence.

Everything was great, there's free parking around the house and everyday we found a place near the house, you have supermarket and public transport in the walking distance, but also pizza takeout, and even a bar. District is quiet at night so if you came to throw house parties, please don't do that. Owners reply on your messages fast. They struggle little bit with English but if you communicate with messages on whtasapp you'll have your responses in English.
