Newmarket Cozy-home

The location of this property was excellent. Just 7 minutes walk to west field mall. The parking was great and very convenient. Checkin was super smooth and we are totally grateful to have been aloud to check in 2 and a half hours earlier than specified! Awesome service. The room was very clean and tidy. Good value for money, especially for the location I feel.

The room specifies that it has its own kitchenette area, however it did not. The rooms upstairs all have a shared kitchen area.

Location is excellent and the room, kitchen and bathroom were all very clean and tidy. It was an absolutely perfect spot to get our head down after attending a concert at Eden Park.

Location was good, kitchen had reasonable amount of utensils and toilet had lots of toilet paper .

Not enough towels and soap for four days. We were not aware that it was a communal kitchen and no one told us that there were permanent people living at the premise and using the same kitchen facilities . We then had to wait for a very long time for the kitchen to be free so we can use it. There was no one on the premise to contact for any facilty even though we contacted booking.com and left a message to ring me. The place was very noisy and the residents were slamming the doors at nighttime and turning the lights on when we were a sleep. The doors were very hard to open and it was all jammed and squeaking . The fridge was congested with food and we found it difficult to put our food in the fridge. There was no mirror in the bedroom except for one in the bathroom . We didn't know that we had to clean everyone's rubbish including ours to the outside bins in the carpark and kitchen didn't even have proper rubbish bin. The clothes washing machine was in the kitchen and the people were doing there washing when we were having our dinner . It was gross!! There were no drying facilities and people were drying their towels and undergarments on the staircase handrail beside our bedroom. This was the first thing we noticed when we entered the premises . It was gross and an eyesore. We don't believe it was value for money and we were very disappointed . Not enough towels and soap for four days. Clean tidy environment, also bathroom amenities,, easy access and free parking.

The hard mattress, was very uncomfortable! Very small room, and 1 broken armchair.

House is central to New Market and very clean and tidy, fresh paint and carpet and clean linen.

We had 3 people and 3 beds including sofa bed but it wasn't made up and no extra linen anywhere so had to put 2 ppl in 1 bed. Said the shower was accessible which it was after climbing 8 stairs to get to the bathroom. It did not say it was spilt level and was hard on crutches. Beds were very hard and no top sheets, no power points in room to charge any devices overnight. Said coffee machine but could not find that, no even milk or creama so I had no coffee before leaving in the morning. No mirrors in room or anything extra very small eating area and not connected to hallway space where sofa is.
