Quercus Village Penthouse with jacuzzi

Everything was good. We liked the room and the jacuzzi. Very clean and tidy.

The neighbours were really loud. Some young guys from Germany were listening to music at 2:00-3:00 at night like they are alone there. So that was disturbing, but its not something the host can handle.

good location, good size, great whirlpool

no communication about a 400€ deposit to be paid on key handover. not clear written in the confirmation of the booking. wifi in the appartment didn´t work. not even the tv that uses wifi. satellite didnt work either. just 5 plates , 5 sets of forks, spoons and knives. Means you have to start the dish washer after every meal... Heater in one room didnt work either.

Die Unterkunft war genauso edel und großzügig, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die großen Zimmer, die schöne Terrasse und das Jacuzzi, das wir als Familie oft genutzt haben. Auch die Betreuung durch Susanna war hervorragend – sie hat uns unkompliziert und schnell unterstützt, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte.

Für eine Unterkunft in dieser Preisklasse hätten wir uns ein paar grundlegende Küchenutensilien gewünscht, wie Schwamm, Lappen und etwas Spülmittel. Ebenso wären kleine Dinge wie ein paar Portionskaffees zur Begrüßung eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen. Solche Basics runden den Aufenthalt ab und machen ihn noch komfortabler.
