Tango Sunrise Villa

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient, with a shop nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The hosts even treated us to a traditional local dish!

We had a truly wonderful stay in Tangalle, thanks to the warm and exceptional hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to make our trip special. The building is new, and our clean, modern double room was on the top floor. The room has a comfortable bed, fridge, basic cutlery, and excellent hot shower. The convenience of a washing machine and clothes dryer was also a huge plus. The host's shop on the ground floor was handy for water and snacks. Include their Sri Lankan breakfast in your package – it was delicious. The beach, banks and main restaurants are around a 15-minute walk. We highly recommend Summer Lodge, a delightful local restaurant just 5 minutes walk away. The rice and curry is very good. In summary we highly recommend Tango Sunrise Villas for your stay in Tangalle.

Very clean and new, comfortable and spacious - each room had its own en-suite bathroom, AC and fan. Hosts were also amazing, very friendly family who helped cater for all of our needs. They also own a shop downstairs which is super handy to buy things that you need! Incredible value for money!

Incredible room, super clean, fridge and freezer and some dishes and cutlery which is always nice! We loved staying at this place and wished we could’ve stayed longer! The hosts were lovely and even welcomed us with fresh papaya juice and gave us fresh buffalo yoghurt to try! 10/10!!

Super friendly and kind hosts! We got juice after the check in and even curd with honey the next day. They are really helpful and nice! The room had a small fridge and a kettle, was spacious and there is a balkony.

It's located in the city center of tangalle, so to the beach it takes around 30 minutes walking (depending where exactly you want to go because the beach is quite long)

We had such a great stay at this place and would definitely recommend it! The rooms were clean and cozy which made us feel right at home from the start. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the owner. He made us feel so welcome, like part of the family. The New Year's Eve celebration was a highlight – it was so much more special than we expected. We had a fantastic time and left with some wonderful memories. Plus, getting a taste of the local culture was an awesome bonus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
