Ottima posizione , disponibilità dei proprietari e casa ben strutturata.

Gli infissi non sono dei migliori essendo uno stabile d’epoca quindi la casa risulta un po’ fredda e se non disponete di tappi e siete sensibili ai rumori potrebbe essere una grossa pecca.

Spazio ottimamente organizzato e arredato. Non manca nulla. Oltre le aspettative. Posizione centralissima. super consigliato. Silvia e Daniele gentilissimi.

房东是两位非常和蔼的老人，他们甚至会到大路上热情的迎接你！他们准备的东西非常齐全，一次性用品、毛巾、被子、甚至早饭（零食果汁），并且会非常耐心和仔细的给你介绍你所需要的物品都在什么位置怎么使用，所有问题都会得到耐心的解答。住宿的位置非常好，就在via roma和皇宫旁边，交通方便，餐厅也非常多，房东也会给客人推荐他们认为不错的餐厅，目前没有遇到踩雷的。房屋和照片上一样漂亮，干净整洁。希望以后还能再来！

Wow—just wow. The apartment may be small, but that’s absolutely not a drawback. It’s perfectly sized for one or two people, with a thoughtful layout that makes great use of the space. And the location? Absolutely dreamy—tucked in the Guardinfanti district right in the historic center. It couldn’t be more charming. Now, the hosts. Truly some of the kindest and most thoughtful people we’ve encountered. We were genuinely touched by all the little extras they left for us around the apartment—so unexpected, and such a lovely surprise. It made everything feel so personal. The handwritten notes with local tips were a sweet and incredibly helpful touch. And when a particularly hot day rolled around, they even reached out to offer us a fan. That level of care and attentiveness is rare. Honestly, this has been some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from any apartment host on Booking.com. Highly, highly recommend.

It has nothing to do with the room at all. As it's the case in all historical centers we suggest you bring your earplugs with you if you are a light sleeper because noise bounces off the walls outside. Nothing the owners can do just a suggestion to you as a future guest.

Perfect location and charming hosts.The apartment is small but beautifully furnished giving it a welcoming and homely feel.Bakery& cafes are all within metres of the door.It even has a lift
