"Having stayed in several hotels in Kathmandu, I was very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel and I definitely do not"

The staff were unfriendly and spoke broken English. We waited almost an hour for breakfast, which wasn't anything special. Furthermore, when we were leaving, they tried to charge us more than we were supposed to pay. We had to recalculate everything in detail to make sure they weren't trying to rip us off. And to top it all off, we were charged for every bottle of water.

Hotel and the hotel rooms were so clean , i tried their thakali thali set which was so delicious 😋, staff was so kind and they were ready to help you anytime whenever you needed the help they know how to take care of their guest properly I love their service's and food , everything was so perfect in our stay Sure gonna stay next time also in this hotel .
