Spacious, clean and a good location with bus links to the town centre.

Air conditioning only really blows into the main bedroom, and as it was 35c this was a shame.

The flat is sparkling clean, the beds and pillows comfortable, more than enough space. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, especially in the night. I liked the location as it is far from the centre city noise, however it is walking distance. We received check in instructions, very easy to follow.

The apartment is exactly as described, we found everything we needed for our stay, big rooms, comfortable beds, terrace with a great view, very clean! Extremely easy self-check-in and check-out, clear and precise instructions! Personally, for us, the apartment had a great location, there is a coffee shop, a supermarket, and restaurants nearby! The owners are extremely correct, answered our questions immediately, gave us useful advice! Personally we would rather stay in this apartment than any hotel, we get more and feel like home! Thank you, we would definitely stay again and recommend it! Best wishes!

The only possible inconvenience is that it is located on a busy street, it is quite noisy and you cannot sleep with the windows open!

+ Two spacious bedrooms with good beds + Two small balconies; nice view from the sixth floor + The apartment has a washing machine + The location would be good (the nice neighborhood of San Zeno and a 25 min. walk to the hist. town center) if the apartment wasn't facing a major street.

- The heavy street noise - day and night (hearable even through closed windows, because of old window frames) - The online booking procedure (after paying Booking, we had to send identity sensitive information: state IDs (back and front) in addition a selfie with the ID etc. via internet to another management platform, with unclear relation to the Booking platform. Easy access for any identity theft, just to save the host a few minutes of work. There was no alternative to this. - The only possible contact to the host was via messenger/phone. Personal attendance isn't part of the service. - Besides a city map, there was no information offered in the apartment. We even had to ask for the WiFi code through text messaging. - The kitchen isn't over-equipped (a very small, a big pot and one pan).

we missed the washing machine and the mosquito nets on the windows.

The pre arrival information was great and very easy to follow. Lovely apartment, supermarket,coffee shop and a couple great restaurants nearby. Great transport links by bus. Very large apartment, and the hosts were very helpful. Main town is about 20 minutes walk, but bus takes you near by. Bus 5 minutes walk to go to train station and then you can get airport link. We took the train to Lake Garda as well.

What an excellent property! Check-in was easy, with clear instructions, and the host we had contact with, Stefania, was great - responded quickly, and nothing seemed to be a problem. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. A great view from the balcony!! And easy enough to get into key areas in town - about 20 mins walk to the Arena, with nice restaurants only 10 mins walk, and regular buses nearby. AirCon was welcomed on the warm evenings. So pleased that I booked an extra night - in fact, it would be wonderful for a longer stay.
