"Misleading information"

Everything was neat and clean. Modern and comfortable amenities.

Location. I found your advertisement very misleading. It nowhere mentions it is part of Beach Club. We would have never booked if we knew that. We almost packed up and left on arrival and claimed our payment back because of misleading or withheld information about the location. It is next to a rural settlement and we felt unsafe. Fortunately we discovered a side entrance that ensured that we could bypass main entrance that is located in a very sketchy area. Please indicate on your ads that"Seabreeze" is in Beach Club- no vague descriptions of "in a complex" to allow tenants to make informed decisions.
