J'avais appelé la centrale de réservation de Première Classe pour m'assurer qu'il y avait la climatisation dans les chambres. La personne m'a confirmé qu'il y avait la climatisation dans tous les hôtels de la chaîne. On est arrivés le vendredi à 19 heures : pas de climatisation, une chambre d'à peine 9 M2 avec une petite fenêtre, une chaleur étouffante. Avec 2 chiens impossible d'y rester. On est partis le vendredi à 20 heures. Je ne louerai plus de chambre dans cette chaîne : trop peur de le faire à nouveau rouler.

"Disgusting and no the whole place is not fit to stay in"

Just location

Very run down only I electric socket near bathroom and a check in machine no reception on check in . I had no hot water in the Tao. Holes in the wall breakfast baguettes over the laundry floor glad I didn’t have any breakfast

Personnel chaleureux et accueillant Literie confortable

Hôtel très mal situé, proche d'une autoroute, aucune climatisation en été dans les chambres (la chambre est une fournaise), le petit déjeuner est pauvre (pain pas frais, on vous ressers celui de la veille) peinture qui se décolle des murs et insectes dans la chambre (araignées) aucun meuble ni armoire pour ranger les vêtements, 1 prise électrique pour 3 (nous avons du débranché la télévision pour en avoir 1 en plus) et pas de rideau de douche (toute la salle de bain trempait dans l'eau)

Obligé d attendre jusqu'à 17h pour avoir notre carte de chambre si on paye en espèces Chambre pas climatisation Chaleur intenable dans les chambre c est honteux de le signalé qu une fois qu on est a l hôtel sa devrait apparaître dans les description non climatisé Je demande a votre service de bien le préciser

Le lieu, bien desservi. Et le personnel aimable et très à l'écoute.

Le manque de climatisation dans les chambres par 35° c'est vraiment pas le top.. Cela aurait pu être mentionné sur la fiche internet de l'&établissement Et comme il n'y avait pas de clim et que .l'ensemble des occupants avaient les fenêtres ouvertes.... du coup endormi très tard , à cause des causeries du voisinage et réveillé très tôt (4h30) à cause des départs.
