The apartment has everything you need and they provide you slippers, toothbrush, towels, razors, comb, shampoo, body soap and the kitchen is well equiped (we only used the stuff in the cupboard). The beds are super cozy and the living room is spacious and looks traditional. We managed to reach the apartment easily and the check-in procedure was quick. The owner/manager provided all the information clearly and answered quickly. We had a really good stay.

This is a beautiful traditional house located in a quiet part of Kyoto, yet still close to everything. It is spacious, with very comfortable beds. The wooden architecture adds to the coziness of the place, and the loggia is a perfect spot to relax. We also loved the tatami area — a great place to unwind with a book. We had a great time!

The location is good, and the house is quite big.

Was so traditional.... A real Japanese style house. From the doors to the windows to the internal balcony... Everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to have permission to an early check in and a late check out which allowed us to enjoy more of Kyoto. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience.

Just as a suggestion. A heater for the bathroom would be nice. Not inside of course. But maybe something to warm it up a little before taking a shower.

It's such a comfortable house, the beds and all the atmosphere. I definitely recommend if you want to have a chill stay. Loved the futon area in the living room with a little table.

Amazingly comfy beds and duvets. It feels like stepping back in time and enjoying a traditional Japanese house. Plenty of space for a group, laundry machine available inside the apartment.

It was a nice older Japanese style building with good facilities, air conditioning and close to the center all for a good price.

The place was a bit hard to find the first time, as there was construction going on, which made the instructions we got to find the place harder. Wish the bed covers weren't so thick.

The house looked exactly as advertised. It was clean, quiet, very conveniently located. Washing machine and iron would make longer stays possible as well. If you're looking for a typical Japanese house and a high level of comfort, this place may be the right one for you.

There's really not much to say on the negative side. The coffee cups were very small, so if you're a heavy coffee drinker, you may want to either go to the nearby stylish café or bring your own equipment.

everything is perfect price good , clean, no noise It have everything a traveler needs even an iron, and even a weight scale I strongly recommend it

The stairs to the second floor are very steep
