It’s an outstanding property to stay at for sure, strongly suggest everyone to stay here.

Loved absolutely everything, right from the welcoming by the host Kulwant, to the view, the well kept room, the great home cooked food, and most of all the hospitality. This is the first time I've rated a property 10 on 10 and I have lived in more than 50 properties in 20+ countries.

The view is to die for. Its lovely!! The stay was comfortable. Had all the requirements, like hot water, good bed, clean place and warm hosts and might i add, lovely home cooked meals

I must say that the host is more like a big brother.He made us Maggie in the middle of the night and don't even charges a penny from us.This is not a hotel but a home away from home so my request to fellow travellers is to treat the property like their home.

Great host, lovely family, great home cooked meals. Comfortable room with a really good bathroom. Perfect after a long day touring on the motorbike.

Kin Vatika is a homestay like no other. Apart from being at a beautiful location, it is the warm hospitality of the hosts that makes it stands out from any other place of stay. So far away from home in the middle of the mountains, when you find people that warm your heart, it fulfills your journey. Aesthetically beautiful and very well kept, it’s a home far away from home.

Kin Vatika is all one needs to feel right at home. Mr. and Mrs. Kulwant Negi are a lovely host and went extra miles to make us feel comfortable… We had a lovely time talking to both of them and also with everyone in the family. I felt I was in my own family home, sitting down and eating dinner with them. Even those times when I ate out of schedule, Mrs Negi sat down with me to talk. It is those little gestures that felt so warm. To top it up is a lovely location of the property. nestled amidst apple orchard, surrounded by Kinner Kailash. It felt complete…
