Smells of a dirty old building . My air conditioner unit was broken and never repaired after three requests. There was a chair that had an issue which I sat on and was almost injured. No access to management directly, only through the app. I paid for a room in disrepair. The manager as such is a common thief, a liar, and a slumlord.

Nothing wifi didn't work 😑

It was the worst place ever

What I enjoyed the most about my stay with kiteville is that it’s a very clean and cozy room located right off the 295 and 95 exit which makes it easy to commute which works best for me as i am here on business and often travel. They don’t provide breakfast BUT there’s a really good deli nearby as well as a Bob Evan’s breakfast restaurant across the street. There’s also a bar not even 2 mins from location to enjoy some music and drinks. Very quiet location, best pricing in the area and staff are always able to assist needs. You would enjoy your stay here.

The type of room requested wasn’t available at the time upon arrival. For those that smoke I would suggest to request a patio room if available.

The location is deceiving. Need better signage for the entry and key pad. The person next to me talked all day and most of the night. When he did stop talking he kept his TV on. You can hear thru the walls. Doors slamming all day. The place needed updating. The outside needed some lawn service.

Wi-Fi signal is very weak can’t watch tv or use laptop
