This is an absolute gem of a place with excellent staff behavior. I had a medical emergency and the people helped me in every possible way. The food, rooms, ambience everything has to be 10/10.

The location might be a little tricky if you don't have a personal vehicle. Rest everything was absolutely fine.

Staff’s behaviour was very polite. Food quality and taste was good. Location is easy to reach. Property manager was very polite and helpful.

We booked this resort thinking of going out from city hustle for 2 days to relax ourself & enjoy nature calmness. But it turned out to be a headache for us. We found the good deal while booking this resort as room tariffs were quite reasonable. We booked the stay from booking.com and we didn’t had to pay any amount while booking and stay got reserved. But immediately we received call from the stay that need to pay at-least 1000/- to confirm we will surely arrive. I paid the 1000/- without any hesitation immediately and they provided me the confirmation for the stay. Now before the day of the stay I received call from the resort to inform them about the next day lunch from the menu in advance as they need to prepare it accordingly for the guest. I was not sure about the next day mood so I informed them I will order from the a la carte once I will arrive. They inform no issues but we will only able to provide basic items like chicken, daal etc. and not even fish items if you don’t inform in advance as we prepare fresh and bring materials as per guest order from advance. I never had this experience from any stay so far that we have to order lunch in one day advance just be sure they can provide. The day we checked in the whole process was very smooth. They offered us welcome drinks also. While checking in they as to pay full tariff amount in advance and only food bill will be paid during check out. I did the same as I had to pay anyway. We checked in the room around 12 pm and while we were checking in manage told us to order lunch from now as lunch will be provided until 2:30 pm and order has to place now to let them prepare fresh. We ask them to gave us at least time to settle in the room and then we will order lunch. We ask to provide us chicken thali from the menu card but they denied saying thali can only be provided if ordered in advance. So we order items individually like rice, daal and chicken curry.

Overall ambiance was satisfactory, staff behavior was good, I think the quality and taste of food can be much better and healthy.

Poor connectivity of the location ,mainly after check out availability of vehicle was so poor or nil and also too much costly.
