We were two friends sharing two of the 3 bedrooms in this big house. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and very roomy. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood in Sao Vicente. Recommended.

Location was ideal for exploring the north of the island. The neighbours were friendly. The owner was easily contactable. The lock box was very handy. They left us a bottle of wine it was a lovely touch. Lovely styled. Such great value for money.

A couple of cockroaches around the downstairs but they didn't bother us.

"Cosy and convenient house in a good location to travel north of Madeira by car."

It was a small but very convenient house (the one with the stone facade in the title photo) with a perfect interior in modern style with everything we needed. It has a nice table in front of the house, which is hidden from the street. It is located in the middle of the north coast of the island and close to the direct route to Funchal. We enjoyed the black sand beach in Seixal, which is reachable in just 10 minutes by car.

I do not know of anything we disliked. Of course the cost could be always lower :-)

"Beautiful surrounding area and house if you don’t mind the weird smells."

Beautiful surrounding area and friendly neighbors.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathrooms - smelled like sewage. There was no air conditioning so we had to keep doors open - wished there were screens on the windows to keep bugs out. The towels also smelled of mildew.
