Hotel Condor Tulcea

The property is very central with a nice view of Danube Delta. Exceptionally clean, very good mattress and pillows (for me a good night sleep after a long day is priceless). The brakefast was excellent and diversified and the free supervised parking was a nice bonus that we enjoyed. Overall I was impressed and I’ll probably come again when I’m visiting Tulcea again.

It’s not that I didn’t like but the internet speed could’ve been a bit faster and they might take advantage of some range extender to have a uniform signal across the room. The AC needs to be cleaned and disinfected of bacteria that produces a typical odor. But other than that it was excellent and please don’t take it as a reproach but as points where to start to elevate the experience even further.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Ablegestelle der Donauschiffahrten. Parken war kein Problem im Carpark gegenüber des Hotels. Wir konnten unser Auto auch bis zum Nachmittag des Abreisetags ohne Probleme stehen lassen. Das Zimmer war extrem groß, mit 2 Balkonen. Nicht mehr die neueste Ausstattung , aber alles noch sehr gut, gemütlich und sauber. Minibar im Zimmer, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kaffe und Tee kostenlos. die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstück gibts im obersten Stock (7.), mit gutem Panoramablick auf die Donau, der Aufzug geht aber nur bis zum 6. Stock.

Perdele care nu acopera complet lumina, in fiecare dimineata m am trezit la 5 30. Am avut camera fix sub restaurantul de la 7, astfel incat a fost foarte zgomotos( intre 6 si 8 dimineata), am dormit cu dopuri de urechi. In ultimul rand paturile au fost incomfortabile pentru mine, eu prefer o suprafata mai ferma, dar este un aspect subiectiv.

Room amenities and friendliness of the staff

The description on the website is misleading. You think that you are by the water but actually it is an old residential building converted into a hotel with a medical clinic at the ground floor. The parking is rather rudimentary
