"Good location, but the apartment in NOT as described"

We liked the location. But thats about all.

The property is nothing like the description. It states that it has 1 Bedroom, a living room, an equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with a Hot Tub. In reality this is a monolocale. A studio flat with a single space. The apartment is on the third floor so lots of stairs.
