"Comfy and Good Location."

The location is superb, with shops located at the lower level, the unit is spacious and provided with enough beds. Electrical appliances (fridge, microwave) are all provided. TV has Netflix. The owner returned deposit fast.

The sewage system of the building need to be rechecked for we have this foul smell coming out from the drain hole in the toilets. There was a washing machine but unfortunately, it's broken. The heater in the toilet needs a little bit more scrubbing. The stain gives uncomfortable and unhygienic vibes.

location near to IUKL, SERDANG HOSPITAL & MEPS MAHA

Parking card not working, i'm using my own touch & go. 1 nos aircond not working, All 2 bathroom no shower & soap. (no hot water shower too). No water dispenser or probably owner can put bottle of mineral water
