1) Firstly, as we got there after a long flight from Australia, there was no toilet paper. I had to reach out to the host and ask them. Their response was "oh, I forgot to refill" that's it. I had to say ok we will get it and you please refund us the amount and only then they put it out in front of our door. 2) there was no bodywash, it was empty. We had to use handwash for bathing purposes and no Kettle (although mentioned in amenities on this website) 3) Third and most importantly, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER! We woke up the next day and the first thing I did was head to the shower and within 2 mins the water turned freezing cold. I was soapy and asked my sister to try calling or messaging the host and got no reply until later. We are from a warm country that always has hot water in accommodations, this is Bergen 9°C outside and I had to wipe myself off with freezing cold water. And instead of apologizing, the host says "you must have used up all the hot water, it lasts for 8 minutes". Mate, I know the difference between 2 minutes and 8 minutes. I would not have complained if it was indeed 8 minutes. He also said you can take shower in another apartment I own but that will be later. I'm paying for THIS place, you cant tell me when to shower and where to go for it. We were meant to stay here from 20th -23rd May, but we left the apartment on 21st morning with our suitcases. 2 women in an unknown country begging hotels to take us in so we can get basic amenities like hot water in a cold country. After a lot of back and forth with booking.com customer service, who were also a joke btw. They only refunded me 1 day's money whereas we only stayed here 1 night instead of 3 nights. We paid approx 358 AUD for this and then ended up spending another 700 AUD for 2 nights once a hotel was grateful enough to take us in. We had multiple places booked in Scandinavia and did not face these issues anywhere but this experience was atrocious.

When we arrived we saw a notice that the water would be cut for 7 hours and we couldn’t use the toilet for that period. We told the landlord and the following day they apologized about that and said he would give us a discount for the inconvenience. Otherwise it was all great.

Good location. The bedding on the sofa bed looked new & clean.

Booked 3 nights but checked out after 1 night despite no refund. Apartment building has foul odour & apartment itself smells as bad. Left over opened food in freezer. Had to wipe out the fridge prior to using. Pizza box with crusts inside was left on a shelf. Lounge was stained & dirty (we would not sit on it). Furniture looks like it comes from the side of the road. When I read the description of the apartment I thought they meant it had a sofa bed as the lounge. I didn't think it was the only & main bed, especially as they wrote that last on the list. Hot water good when lasts but not long enough so we didn't shower. No room to open luggage. I tried to upload pic but it would not load sorry

It was okay for a short stay. It was heated and nice when we arrived which was great considering it is around a 15 minute walk outside from the city centre, and the day of our arrival was quite cold -so we appreciated the heated apartment a lot when we arrived. Keys was easy to retrieve, and host sent us some easy to follow pictures to find the apartment.

Not quite like the pictures. A few dirty spots on the walls and on the couch. We couldn’t take a shower above 2 minutes as the water went freezing cold after that.
