"Bad"

Booking.com cheats with us as well as this hotel property. I booked by booking.com and they confirmed me by email and before two days ago I emailed too the property that I am coming with my family from abroad. But they as well as booking.com don't give me any cancel email. I reached the hotel with my family but they refused to give us a room. So why people give online booking!!! I will never book any hotel by booking.com
