Sayang Sanur Duplex

Good location. Near lots of cafes and restaurants, walking distance to the beach. Nice staff, Delfi and Odie in housekeeping and Septya in the restaurant: thank you.

A long term resident with a medical condition who spoils every guest stay. Although management is aware of it and offered for us to move to a villa prone to flooding at the time so we stayed put, they seem reluctant to follow their policy about guests disturbing others which is a shame in such a nice resort.

Świetny basen . Duży , czysty i zadbany. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia . Miła obsługa w recepcji w restauracji i ekipa sprzątająca.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy .

蚊帳のあるベットルームは、蚊帳が半乾きの臭いがして不快でした。毎回洗濯してもらった方が良いと思います。 シャワーの排水溝が詰まっており、長い時間シャワーを浴びると水が流れず不衛生です。

Расположение очень комфортное. Рестораны, пляж, магазины - всё очень близко. Персонал отзывчивый. Апартаменты комфортные. Большой бассейн

Если идет сильный дождь, то затапливает дорожки и нельзя пользоваться бассейном. Море специфическое. Все чисто, но есть много водорослей и мелко

We had 4 nights in Sayang Sanur and really enjoyed it. The location is great, the rooms huge and well airconditioned. Location is great and the pool better than it looks on the pictures. The kids really enjoyed the stay and as its set back down a long drive from the main road and its super quiet but also safe, so the kids were roaming around freely! The front desk staff were super helpful and we ended up using the driver we had as airport pick-up for 2 whole days! the pancakes are immense- our children looked like they had bathed in them after!!

The SPA has to be booked a day in advance, which is not great. I ended up going out and getting myself a different SPA for a fraction of the price! the breakfast is a little monotonous after 4 days!!!
