The Garden Homestay

The price of the food/service is to high for my feeling, we decide to only use the laundry service

The garden homestay was our favourite place in Vietnam so far. The room was big and clean, facing a beautiful garden. A small kitchen and a washing machine are available to use, which is very useful. It's located close to Van Long reserve which is why we booked it but the thing that really made us fall in love with the place was the hosts. The food they cooked was exquisite, with every meal being completely different, featuring a wide range of local dishes, for far less you would pay at a restaurant. We communicated using Google translate and we had conversations about the local food and nature. They thought us a lot and we had the honour to be guided by our host in a patch of the forest. This homestay was an unforgettable experience and we hope to come back one day.

Amazing little quiet spot ! A true Homestay , and the owners are so welcoming and want to share moments with us. We ordered vegetarian food with no idea what we would be served , our meal was incredible an array of dishes - great surprise ! Unfortunately we could only stay for one night. We hired the bikes and rode to an important temple , a beautiful tranquil spot ! The rooms are very new and clean. We had fun communicating through our expressions and google translate. Thanks for a great stay

Even though we didn’t speak a word of each other’s languages, the host took the time to sit with us we had a pleasant conversation through Google Translate. It turned into a memorable evening with a very smooth rice wine. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. The next day, one of our motorbikes had a flat tyre. The host made a phone call and soon there was someone to replace the tyre.

There was nothing to dislike, the place was immaculate.
