Neat and pleasant, clean, lovely host who really cares for your experience.

Very clean and everything feels brand new. The place is tastefully furnished, offering snacks, coffee, tea, water and more, as well as a great kitchen for shared use with other guests. Check-in via key box was completely hassle-free. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the city. Outside can be a bit noisy, but thanks to the well-insulated windows you hardly notice it inside. The Smart TV is also very convenient. The host is very friendly yet pleasantly unobtrusive. I would definitely stay here again.

Nos alojamos en la habitación verde. La habitación es amplia, la cama cómoda, la zona común muy agradable, todo muy bien decorado. Tenía el baño fuera pero era de uso exclusivo nuestro y estaba enfrente de la habitación, no nos importó. La localización yo diría que es buena, la misma calle llega hasta el centro, eso sí en unos 20' andando, supongo que si no quieres andar mucho puedes coger el autobús.

Free parking nearby, big clean room and bath

Giulia è molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza carina e in una posizione abbastanza comoda.

Il bagno fuori dalla stanza, oltre la cucina condivisa. Dalla prenotazione si capiva che il bagno fosse esterno, ma non in una sala condivisa, anche farsi la doccia e rientrare in camera era un po’ un problema.

Although the bathroom was external - which we hadn't noticed while making the booking - everything was nice. Our room was quite spacious and clean. Our bathroom was spotless and spacious enough too. The shared kitchen also super clean and neat with all necessary equipment and a coffee machine with really nice coffee (pods). The neighborhood seemed nice and safe and we could easily find free parking spot. The historical center (Basilica Cattedrale) is approx 30min walk but it's just straight down the same street. All in all, it was a nice stay.

There could be a key to lock the bathroom from the outside so that we could just leave our bathroom staff in without caring to transfer them from and to the room each time.
