"Great value , quiet at night and clean . Friendly staff"

very friendly owners , I speak very little Spanish and they were very helpful. I stayed one day longer than initially booked . The room is very basic , but great value for the money . After 10:00 it’s very quiet . There are a few dogs that bark but it gets quiet around 10:00 . A/C is comfortable and not loud . The hot water in the shower takes a few minutes but then it gets really hot . there is a little food place in the same building and they have breakfast and lunch . Across tue street a lady serves dinner . There is also a little convenience store next door and a skate shop with bathing shorts if needed . It’s about a 15 minute walk to get to town

it’s not a super high end building but very good value for what you pay . and it’s clean
