Hotel Pushap Palace

A great hotel right in the heart of Patiala. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is attentive and helpful. They have plenty of parking. The hotel is located near the main road but right off of it, so it feels like you’re staying in a quiet reserved area though it is centrally located. Each staff was welcoming and thoughtful, even bringing water and coffee upon arrival.

The staff is humble and the location is peacefull and enjoyable with best view in garden to chill.

Cleanliness a little and in terms of rooms. They can also work well on interior of the rooms.

Everything except the food I recently stayed at Pushap palace in Patiala and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths—it's conveniently close to some of the city's key attractions. The famous Gurudwara Sri Dukhniwaran Sahib is just a short walk away, making it a great option for those visiting for spiritual reasons. Similarly, the iconic Kali Mata Mandir is also easily accessible, adding to the convenience for tourists. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth. However, one area where the hotel could improve is its food. While the meals were decent, I had higher expectations for Punjabi cuisine, especially in Punjab, where the flavors are known to be rich, affordable and authentic. A little more effort to enhance the taste and presentation could really make dining a highlight of the stay. Or alternatively make the price point realistic. Overall, Pushap Palace is a great choice for its location and comfort, but there's room for improvement in delivering the true Punjabi culinary experience.
