Cosy Central Studio

Location was perfect - easy walk to town, loved the huge doors and black out blinds, it was well stocked and we really appreciated the washing machine and dryer.

The shower wouldn't drain, we tried to clear the drain and it was packed full of hair. There was a party of sorts happening nearby on Saturday night and we were woken around 2am by lots of shouting. The bottom of the net curtains could do with a spray of mould remover.

Very pleasant , well equipped, well located, quiet, nice city outlook and a car park , we had everything we needed. Nicely furnished and bright, very happy

Nothing it was all good

Great Location in the city. Walkable distance to everything in the CBD. Property easy to find and good instructions from host regarding keys, parking etc. Studio had everything you'd need including tea and coffee, & plenty of spare towels, tea towels toilet paper & rubbish bags. Quiet neighbours. Nice balcony and good views.....

Central city location with great bifold doors to the balcony, which made for enjoyment of the adjacent trees and birdlife. Studio had all the bits necessary for a comfortable stay.

Place was damp on arrival and the dehumidifier was full and missing instructions. Towels were clean, but also damp. Bathroom/Laundry was well-equipped and clean, but not sparkly so. Toilet space was pretty cramped!

Good walkable location to CBD

Thick matted hairs in plug holes-shower wouldn’t drain from hair baby in drain, spiders and webs everywhere. Noisey from multiple student parties all around.

Loved the set up was a comfortable and had good views

I've always stayed in different hotels and airbnbs in Wellington, and I feel like I've finally found a place to come back to. I really loved staying there. It's a very comfortable studio. It had everything there that I could need - a lot of light, a great location, a nice shower, and quiet during the daytime. The kitchen is very well equipped as well.

I think a lot of students live in the area because it's very close to the University campus, so there was a big party in a neighboring building on Saturday night which went on until very late, I fell asleep around 1am and the music and party next door was still going. The other nights were fine.
