Very dirty rooms and full of insects, we had a broken toilet, and the balconies have a lot of open wires which is a hazard for children, even the water tanks weren't closed and there was masala spit marks everywhere. Rooms had a lot of bedbugs and ants. Hot water doesn't come even after the receptionist said we should let the tap run for half an hour, so much water wasted. Wifi doesn't work as well

good property less service rooms were not proper so we were provide with upgrade and then things were comfortable

no proper toiletries Breakfast was same every day and food was less every time we reach no matter early or late and quality of food was good but we need service for what we pay for.....

Good location

Rooms are clean , breakfast very good....location is around 3.5 kms from Ambaji temple

Service is very slow .... Reception needs more staff They need more man power to manage the property

Lots of Bedbugs on beddings and headboard and ants in the room. Most parts of property has stains on walls - lifts and very dirty & unhygienic.

Location is good

Restaurant services and food quality was not good.
