Kaia Oceanfront Goa

Stayed for three nights. The property is small but aesthetically designed, very boho. The location was great too, right on Ashvem beach. They have an included breakfast plan that they like to call ‘complimentary’. You can order from their set breakfast menu and the food is served fresh. While the food tastes good, they are pretty stingy about the portions. The room by far is the best part. It’s roomy, well designed and their shower closet is ideal for a slow and relaxing weekend. The staff is polite and ready to help. However, when we requested they pack an early takeaway breakfast for our last day, despite agreeing upon the arrangement, they had not prepped for it, leaving us with stale bread and a poorly made omelette sandwich. This was quite upsetting considering they are towards the higher budget end. Overall, our stay was a happy one!

The interiors are gorgeous and so are the views! Food, service and hospitality of staff were amazing. Anything we needed was instantly provided!

The beach is not that great, dirty beach , South Goa beach are best . Clean and white sand

Just wow !! The most beautiful hotel. Everything about it was stunning. Highly recommend. Boho chic and natural materials used. I can't wait to come back.

It’s a good restaurant with a beautiful design

It’s not oceanfront as named. It’s located on the main road. It has no sea view as shown on the main picture. The worst part is that window don’t open, there is no access to fresh air at all. Concrete+glass cell is the last place where you want to find yourself traveling to a natural resort as Goa. They don’t refund booking at any mere despite all the lies they publish in the discription. We had to leave them the money for our booking and we still moved out because we couldn’t stay in such conditions.

Location was on point and staff was by far one of the most courteous. Shout out to Dhananjay at the front office.

Umm for some reason I was led to believe the property had beach access + a pool. Seems like only the Villa does. Maybe they need to specify better on booking.com
