Lemnos Urban Escape

Das Bett ist gemütlich und der Raum groß und schön eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist Groß. Dank der Rollläden kann man alles verdunkeln ohne das Licht ins Zimmer fällt. Check in und Check Out war sehr einfach und flexibel.

Das Badezimmer war etwas klein und es gab keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen.(Die Dusche selbst war aber gut von der Größe). Die Küchenausstattung war nicht besonders groß.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ήσυχο .

Η Κεντρική είσοδο και έξοδο στο χώρο από τον δρόμο θέλει προσοχή και να απομακρύνονται εμπόδια που κόβουν την ορατότητα, πχ κάδοι απορριμάτων.

Το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και όλα ήταν σαν καινούργια. Πολύ καθαρό και ευρύχωρο. Το μπάνια καινούργιο και πολυ καθαρό αν και απελπιστικά μικρό και άβολο. Άνετο και σκιερό πάρκινγκ στον εξωτερικό χώρο του καταστήματος που συστεγαζεται με τα δωμάτια.

Όλα τα πιο κάτω σχόλια γίνονται κάτω από το πρίσμα ότι η τιμή διανυκτέρευσης, ομολογουμένως στην καρδιά του Αυγούστου, ήταν 225 ευρώ. Συνεπώς εξετάζω την ταξιδιωτική εμπειρία ως προς την σχέση της με την τιμή και την βρίσκω απαράδεκτη. Στην διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, 7 διανυκτερεύσεων δεν είδαμε κανένα ανθρωπο υπευθυνο για το διαμερισμα. Κατά την αφιξή μας μιλήσαμε με την ιδιοκτητρια τηλεφωνικά και μας κατατοπισε για το πως θα μπούμε στο κατάλυμα. Η φωνή της ηταν ευγενικη και έδειχνε συνδεδεμένη. Φαινοταν να ενδιαφέρεται να βοηθήσει. Λίγες μερες νωριτερα ειχα μιλησει με μια νεαροτερη κυρία στο τηλεφωνο για να συνεννοηθώ μαζί της για την επιπλέον καθαριότητα που ήθελα στο δωμάτιο κατά την διαμονή μας μια και η επιχείρηση παρέχει μονο μια φορά καθαριότητα ανεξαρτητως των ημερών διαμονης. Η φωνή της ήταν ψυχρά ευγενής και διεκπεραιωτικη. Το δωμάτιο βρισκεται πανω απο ενα εμπορικό καταστημα ηλεκτρικων ειδων μεγαλης αλυσίδας. Δεν υπηρχε καμία φωτογραφία που να υποδεικνυει κάτι τέτοιο στην σελιδα του καταλύματος. Για να ανεβεις στο δωμάτιο έπρεπε να περάσεις από ενα εξωτερικό διαδρομο γεμάτο κιβώτια και να προσεγγισεις την πίσω πλευρά του κτιρίου για να ανεβεις την σκάλα. Το δωμάτιο έχει θόρυβο διαρκή και συνεχή από τον δρόμο Μουδρου- Μύρινας που περνάει ακριβώς έξω από την ιδιοκτησία. Είναι δύσκολο να απολαύσεις το μπαλκόνι η να κοιμηθείς χωρίς κλιματισμό. Το κλιματιστικό βρίσκεται σε τελείως λάθος θέση ως προς το κρεβάτι, με αποτέλεσμα να παγώνεις, σε όποια θερμοκρασία / ένταση και να το ρυθμίζεις. Το χειρότερο από ολα είναι ότι το μπάνιο, που είναι ασφυκτικά μικρό δεν έχει ούτε ένα απλό άγκιστρο για να κρεμάσεις την πετσέτα σου να στεγνώσει ή ένα ρούχο που βγάζεις για να κάνεις ντους. Επιπλέον, υπάρχει μια κακοτεχνία στην προστατευτική τζαμαρία της ντουσιερας, και ολο το νερό του ντους βγαινει στο μπάνιο.

Carefully renovated and very clean. Everything was as expected. Perfect communication. Close enough to Myrina without being inside the town. So, easy to park in front of the building.

The A/C is placed across the bed and therefore blows directly to your face. We could handle the roosters only when all the windows were shut.

Μικρό μπάνιο. Μηδενική καθαριότητα. Δεν άλλαζαν ούτε το καλαθάκι τουαλέτας. Ούτε πετσέτας ή χαρτί τουαλέτασαγπρασα). Ούτε ρωτήθηκα

Clean , quiet and renovated studio near the city of Myrina. Private parking available.

The studio is small, it has a small balcony but in general you cannot spend much time inside. Few details missing like extra cutlery and hangers for the towels. Walking distance to the center of Myrina but no sidewalks as in many places in Greece…

This property was easy to find on the main road. The host was easy to communicate with to find my room and other amenities. They answered all my questions promptly. The room was exceptionally clean - and was even cleaned by the host halfway through the stay. It is located a 15 minute walk to the beach and 3 minute drive. We had access to a private balcony with table and clothes horse for drying our swimsuits a towels. The door to the balcony was also screened in. All the windows had block out blinds to put down during the day and keep the heat out. The kitchen facilities are small, but exactly what you need for snacking and lunch meals, including a toastie maker, salt, pepper, coffee, and sugar.The fridge is quite big to accommodate lots of water. We only had three other studios on our side of the property, meaning we didn't hear other guests. The air conditioning unit was powerful with a good selection of settings. There was a good amount of space in the room and balcony, including storage. We loved having the free overnight parking in a locked gated area, though the island is generally safe.

For the price, I think this stay was great. There are somethings that might put someone off staying, but that the host cannot change. There is no side walk to the beach, but also Myrina doesn't have many side walks. The main road speed limit is 50 km per hour for the first 5 minutes of the walk then it drops to 30, so this might no be good for families with young children or people that come back late after a boozer. But, taxis are cheap if needed. Because its on a main road, you can hear traffic occasionally, but it is not constant and I sleep with ear plugs, so thats fine. The studios are also located above a store, so there are people coming on the property to purchase from the store, but it is still very quiet and I always felt safe. We also had an issue with the shower flooding at two points during the stay, but never figured out why to ask for help as the next time we took a shower, it drained perfectly fine. However, the showers and bathroom are kept immaculately clean.
