Had a seamless booking and check-in, thanks to Ashish. Very-well located property in Bir. The room was clean and we had a view of the tea garden, which was lovely during the day. The bed was super comfortable and the service was friendly and prompt (special shoutout to Sanjeev), but we also felt the front desk staff have scope for better training. We loved the food, especially the parathas and cakes served at the cafe. Would've loved to try their Saturday special pizza but saving it for next time!

The Manager, Staff, the cleanliness and the location, everything top notch. The breakfast was good too.

Well I am not sure why there is no AC and no TV's in some rooms.

The bed was comfortable, the linen looked washed and the blanket appeared clean. The lighting was right.

The 'double deluxe room' appeared smaller than 19 sq.m. size as was mentioned on Booking.com. The washroom commode had water leaking from the bottom, which was terrible to see. Also, toilet should have a hand faucet as a standard fixture and not a jet spray. :( The property is next to Bir-Billing Road and hence the sound of passing vehicles can get very loud especially in the night. :(
